Account security
Passwords and authentication credentials are handled by the authentication service and are not stored as plain-text values in Vihara Homes application records.
Payments
When direct online payment is enabled, payment processing will be handled through an external payment provider. Vihara Homes does not need to store full card numbers, CVV values, or UPI credentials.
How information is used
Guest and member information may be used to provide reservations and support, manage accounts and rewards, send transactional messages, protect the service from abuse, and improve the guest experience.
Service providers
Vihara Homes may use carefully selected technology providers for hosting, authentication, communications, media storage, analytics, and payments. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services.
