Reservations
Availability, rates, taxes, guest details, special requests, and the applicable stay conditions will be shown before a direct reservation is completed. A reservation is confirmed only after Vihara Homes issues a booking confirmation.
Guest responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information, observing occupancy limits, presenting the identification requested for check-in, and following the rules communicated for the selected property.
Rates and inclusions
The rate shown for selected stay dates may include date-specific offers or member benefits. Any applicable taxes, fees, inclusions, and optional extras will be presented before payment.
Property rules
Individual locations may have specific rules relating to visitors, events, pool use, noise, safety, identification, pets, and other stay requirements. These details are shown with the relevant property or booking terms.
Changes and cancellations
The cancellation or modification conditions that apply to a stay depend on the selected rate and dates. The applicable conditions will be displayed before confirmation and retained with the booking.
